Photoshoots with your friends create a timeless memory

Sometimes phone photos just don't cut it. They can elongate you, saturate you in colour or drain the colour altogether.

Here are some of my most common FAQs for friend photoshoots:

How long should I book a photoshoot for with my friends?

This depends on how many friends you want in the photoshoot.

If it is just you and your bestie, 15 minutes is plenty of time to capture memories.

If it is for 3 - 5 friends, a 30-minute shoot will do the trick.

If you have more than 6 friends coming to the shoot then I would recommend an hour.

How much does a friend's photoshoot cost?

15 Minutes is $140

30 Minutes is $280

You can pay separately if you wish, to split the cost between your friends.

What should we wear to the photoshoot?

This is completely up to you, but if you want my advice, wear something that matches your friend/friends. Whether it has the same colour, style or print. For example, if your friend is wearing jeans and a white shirt, maybe wear a jean jacket and a white dress.

Most importantly, wear an outfit that you will feel absolutely comfortable in.

Should we get our hair and makeup done professionally?

Not necessarily, it can cost quite a bit to get done professionally and it can sometimes take longer than expected and may make you late to your photoshoot.

If you aren't comfortable with a curling iron or not sure where to start with applying makeup then I would recommend going to a professional.

Or come bare-faced! I absolutely love natural skin and hair, it is fierce, confident and 100% you.

We are a bit nervous because we have never had our photo taken before, what should we do/know before we turn up?

That is completely normal! Rest assured, I am super friendly and very good with shy/nervous people (because I am very shy myself!).

Some of my clients jump onto Pinterest before their photoshoot and get some creative ideas for props, poses or a theme.

If you and your friend love horses then let's include the horses. Or it could be your skateboards or a special location that is meaningful to you. Whatever helps you, helps me.

How do we pay and when do we get the photos?

You can pay by PayPal, Bank Transfer or cash. I aim to deliver all photos within 48 hours. 

I can transfer these to you via Dropbox or on a customised USB (these cost an extra $40, because they are super cute!!)
